Osteoporosis New Zealand is delighted to announce that Peter Tynan has joined the Board of ONZ.

Peter was previously Chief Executive at Southern Cross Health Society. Prior to also held positions within the Society as COO of Marketing and Distribution and originally as the Head of Corporate Services which included the injury management business branded Care Advantage and the Key Account Management team.

In prior roles at American Express in Sydney and Auckland he was involved in a variety of the operational and strategic projects covering business areas such as Corporate Cards, Travel and travellers cheques.

Originally a qualified accountant with Deloittes he also worked for the Mount Cook (A subsidiary of Air NZ) and as a Tourism and Leisure consultant.

He is a former Board member of the Health Funds NZ and the International Federation of Health Plans (ifhp).

We are excited to work with Peter and know that he will be an incredible asset to the Osteoporosis NZ team.
